This policy explains how Fashion Wealth LLC (“FashionWealth”, “we”) handles information when you visit fashionwealthscales.com, the website for FashionWealth Scale System. It covers this website only. Our mentorship site at fashionwealth.co has its own policy.
What we collect on this site
There is no form on this website and we do not ask you to create an account here. What is collected is measurement data about how the page is used:
- Pages viewed, and which buttons you press
- Which plan you chose at checkout, and its price
- Marketing parameters in the link you arrived on, for example
utm_source,utm_campaign,fbclid - Approximate device, browser and screen information
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel so we can tell which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to a purchase, and so we are not paying to show ads to people they are not right for. It records that a page was viewed, that a checkout button was pressed, and that a purchase completed along with the value of the plan bought. Meta may set its own cookies and may match this activity to a Facebook or Instagram account. Meta acts as an independent controller of that data under its own policies.
We never send Meta your name, your email address, your card number or any payment information.
Payment
Payment is taken on Square’s own hosted checkout, on Square’s website, not on this one. Your card details are entered on Square’s page and are never seen by, sent to or stored by this website. Square processes your payment and the contact details you give it under its own privacy policy. We receive a record of the sale, including the email address you used, so that we can give you access and support you.
What is stored in your browser
This is a static website. There is no account, no database and no server session behind it. A small amount of information is kept in your own browser and never leaves your device except as described above:
- Marketing parameters from the link you arrived on, kept for the length of your browsing session so we can tell which campaign a sale came from
- Which plan you pressed, kept for six hours, so the page shown after payment can confirm the right plan
- Which orders have already been counted, kept for sixty days, so refreshing the confirmation page does not record the same sale twice
None of it contains your name, your email address or anything about your payment. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Records of a purchase are kept for as long as you are a member and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Measurement data is kept according to Meta’s and our analytics providers’ own retention periods.
Your choices

- You can limit advertising measurement in your browser settings, with a tracking blocker, or through your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram
- You can block cookies and browser storage, though parts of the site may behave differently
Children
This website and FashionWealth Scale System are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
