Terms of Purchase and Use

These terms apply when you buy or use FashionWealth Scale System from Fashion Wealth LLC (“FashionWealth”, “we”). By purchasing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

What you are buying

Scale System is a digital training and implementation product for clothing brand owners. It includes access to the FashionWealth Hub platform, the training library, the included resources, group calls every two weeks and weekly action tasks, as described on the pricing section at the time of your purchase.

It is not Jojo’s private one to one mentorship, which is a separate programme sold separately.

The plan

• Monthly, $447 per month. A recurring subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and it is billed by Lumino using the payment method you gave at checkout. $447 is the price offered for a limited time; if you join at $447 that is the rate your subscription keeps renewing at for as long as you stay subscribed.

The monthly plan has no trial period. The first payment of $446.99 is taken when you subscribe and the same amount renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and may change for new customers at any time; a change never alters the rate an existing subscriber is already renewing at, and never alters what an existing lifetime member has already bought.

Billing and cancellation

Payment is taken by Lumino. Your monthly membership continues until you cancel it, and you authorise those recurring charges when you subscribe.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund payments already taken. The full position, including how to cancel, is in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If a payment fails we may suspend access until it is settled.

Members who bought lifetime access before

Lifetime access is no longer sold. Anyone who bought it keeps the access they paid for, for as long as FashionWealth continues to operate Scale System, without a further membership fee. That is not a promise that the product will exist forever, which nobody can honestly make. If we ever discontinue it entirely, we will give those members reasonable notice and access to download the training materials available to them at that time.

No guarantee of results

Scale System provides education, strategy and tools. It does not guarantee sales, revenue, growth or any other business result. What happens in your business depends on your products, your execution, your market, your advertising and your consistency. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

Your account and access

Access is personal to you and is for one person. Do not share your login, and do not give your access to anyone else. We may suspend or end access, without a refund, where an account is shared, where material is redistributed, or where someone behaves abusively toward Jojo, the team or other members.

Intellectual property

All training videos, documents, templates, resource lists and platform content remain the property of FashionWealth. You may use them for your own brand. You may not copy, resell, republish, share, or use them to build a competing product, and you may not record or redistribute the group calls.

Third party services

The product depends on services we do not control, including Lumino for payment and the platforms our training refers to. We are not responsible for their availability, their policies, or changes they make. Advertising platforms in particular change their rules and their tools frequently; the training is updated over time but we cannot guarantee any third party will behave as described at the moment you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FashionWealth is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Scale System. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Fashion Wealth LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the product after a change means you accept it.

Mobile Terms of Service

The FashionWealth mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by FashionWealth (“FashionWealth”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Service. By opting in you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the mobile number you gave us is your own. We do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18, and if we learn that a number belongs to someone under 18 we will remove it from the Service.

By consenting to FashionWealth’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of FashionWealth through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with FashionWealth. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 844 703 4838 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other FashionWealth mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We respect your right to privacy. Mobile information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice.

Description of our SMS program and messaging use cases

Fashion Wealth LLC operates an SMS program for people who apply to the FashionWealth Inner Circle and for customers of FashionWealth Scale System. Messages are used for two purposes. Transactional messages cover your application, appointment scheduling, reminders, and customer support. Marketing messages, which you opt into separately and optionally, cover offers, discounts, new product updates and programme announcements. Message frequency varies.

Instructions to opt out: text STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to +1 844 703 4838, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.

Message and data rates disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We do not charge for the SMS service, but you are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier applies to sending or receiving text messages. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither the wireless carriers supported by the service nor Fashion Wealth LLC are responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or not received.

Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the mobile number you provided is your own. We do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18.
